MORTGAGE QUOTE SHEET INSTRUCTIONS
1-First and last name - Note holder/owner.
2-Email - your email.
3-Phone - contact number where you can be reached.
4-Original Selling Price and down payment – This is the amount the home was sold for and the amount of down payment received by the seller.
5-Original Note Balance – This is the beginning amount of the note. This should
be the Selling Price minus the Down Payment.
6-Months / Years Financed – How many years is the note amortized for.
7-Interest Rate and Monthly payment – What is the interest rate on the loan? Monthly Payment This is the amount for the principle and interest on the loan. Do Not include any amount that is added into the payment for escrow (taxes and insurance).Principle and interest amount only.
8-Balloon Yes or No If yes Date _______ - Is there a balloon payment due in the
future? If so, what is the month and date of that payment?
9-Date of First Payment and current balance – When was the first payment paid on the note?
Current Balance – This is the current principle balance that is due on the note.
10. Owner Occupied Y or N – Does the person who is making the payments live in
this home or do they use it as a second home or rental property?
11. Credit of Payer – If possible, include the buyer’s names and send them in with the quote sheet and we might be able to do a soft pull and find their scores and confirm our offer.
12. Property Address –Full property address. We would like to view it
online prior to working up an offer.
